Gower Yomp 2015

Yet another very successful sponsored walk took place in June. There were 44 walkers and it took in some amazing scenery. The weather was kind to us again. Thanks to all the people who took part and the many people who sponsored them.

50 mile bike ride

In May several of our supporters went on a 50 mile sponsored bike ride to Llantwit Major and back.
Despite fairly windy conditions the riders had a great time and raised money to help with the refurbishment of the Good Samaritan School in Lusaka. Many thanks go to Huw Rogers, ex deputy head of Llanishen High School for organising the event.

Winners at the Good Samaritan School in Lusaka

We are pleased to announce that the soccer and netball teams at The Good Samaritan School in Lusaka won the inter schools championships for their region. Many congrats to the pupils and the staff who worked hard to prepare them for the games.

Ole! Spanish Night.

What a great night we had last Saturday. The lounge of our house became a restaurant for the night and people tucked into a wide variety of Spanish food.Everyone seemed to have a good time and we raised lots of money towards our feeding project in Chiziro.
Thanks to all those who supported us and our band of helpers who worked tirelessly all evening.
